National Highways has entered into a Basic Asset Protection Agreement (BAPA) with Network Rail Infrastructure Limited in relation to vegetation clearance works adjacent to the M61. The agreement covers Network Rail asset protection services required to facilitate the safe delivery of the works, including site supervision, project administration and railway possessions/isolations. The total contract value is £12,781.54 excluding VAT. The contract runs until 31 March 2027.
