The objective is, as Lead Designer, to assemble, appoint and manage a consortium of designers and place makers to successfully design and submit appropriate planning application(s) for a high-quality mixed tenure development within the Lund Quarter development parcel of the approved masterplan for the Carpenters Estate regeneration.
