Nottinghamshire County Council (the Council) is seeking tenders, on behalf of Ashfield District Council (ADC) , Further Competition Under the Dynamic Purchasing System for Minor Construction Works and Maintenance The Contractor shall be responsible for the design of roof covering replacements (pitched, mono-pitch or flat roof) and associated works, including alterations/repairs to the roof structure, rainwater goods, gutter and downpipes, including the design of any associated structural works required associated with any changes in load etc. The Contractor shall supply and install replacement roof coverings to meet the needs of each and every individual property to which they are installed, together with the requirements of all relevant Regulations, Legislation, British Standard, best practice and manufacturer's instructions etc. and the criteria below, including: • Replacement roof coverings (see Design Criteria - Roof Coverings). • Adequate ventilation. • Replacement soffit and fascia boarding. • Replacement flashings, valleys and bonding gutters. • Replacement gutters and downpipes (see Design Criteria - Rainwater Disposal Systems below); • Associated works - inc
