Who won: Level 6 Social Work Apprenticeships ST0510

About this contract

Growing social workers "from within" fosters a workforce with a deep understanding of the council's values, policies, and local systems. Apprentices trained in the council are more likely to remain with the organisation long-term, reducing turnover and reliance on agency staff. This continuity directly benefits service users through more stable relationships and consistent decision-making.

• ✓At £360,000, expect quality and social value to carry a large share of the score — price alone rarely wins services work.
• ✓Show recent, comparable delivery: name similar services contracts you've delivered for public bodies, with measurable outcomes.
• ✓This one's been awarded — but Milton Keynes Council retenders on a cycle. Get matched the day the next one lands and start your draft early.
