About this contract

MSV are looking to employ the services of suitably qualified and experienced contractors to tender for the provision of Legionella remedial works across its housing stock. These works will address non-compliances and remedial actions identified during Legionella Risk Assessments and ongoing monitoring visits, in line with ACOP L8, HSG274 Parts 1-3, and other applicable water hygiene standards. This tender exercise is being procured via the contractor DPS - Lot 13 - Compliance - Legionella Monitoring. Contract duration will be for a period of 12 months with an option for a further 12 months based on satisfactory performance.
