The Contractor shall undertake the feasibility study following RIBA stages: • RIBA stage 0 - Strategic Definition. • RIBA stage 1 - Preparation and Briefing. • RIBA stage 2 - Concept Design. The feasibility study shall consider the reuse and filtration of sump water to current safe water quality standards considering the production requirements of the tunnel washing operations
