How to win: Kitchen Replacement Works

About this contract

North Yorkshire Council (the Authority) is requesting information from suppliers to help determine the scope and feasibility of its requirement, to understand the range of potential solutions available in the market, and to assist with drafting a potential future tender specification for Capital Kitchen Replacement works, and ad-hoc Kitchen Replacements following disrepair cases or complaints, to its social housing stock over a five-year contract period.

How to win contracts like this

• ✓Answer against the marking scheme, not the question text — The North Yorkshire Council scores each response, so map your evidence to the published criteria and weightings.
• ✓At £6,500,000, expect quality and social value to carry a large share of the score — price alone rarely wins works work.
• ✓Show recent, comparable delivery: name similar works contracts you've delivered for public bodies, with measurable outcomes.
• ✓Start early: deadlines are tight and a strong bid takes iteration.

BidWriter drafts your responses from your company profile, scores them against the marking scheme, and tracks your whole pipeline. Free to start — no card needed.
