The successful Supplier will be required to provide a comprehensive security service. The contract covers the scope for the provision of all security services across the College, which includes external security with the provision of manned guards, and internal security including commissionaire duties. The contract and service requirement will be split into two Lots: Lot 1External Security Lot 2Internal Security & Commissionaire Duties Please be aware that the successful Supplier for Lot 1, External Security, will include the provision of Guards to monitor and manage the College’s car park. The College will have the option to award each Lot individually, or to the same Supplier. Please state clearly within your submission whether you intend to submit for both Lots, or just for one Lot and whichever Lot that may be. The duration of the contract being offered is for an initial two-year period commencing on 23 August 2026, with the potential to extend for a further two 12-month periods. This extension will be granted by mutual consent and on the same terms and conditions as the original contract without the right to further extend beyond the full four years.
