EEM is seeking to set up a framework arrangement with those IT Resellers who have the widest and greatest spend with vendors across technology provision. As a result the framework is open to those IT Resllers who are more likely to have premium credentials and able to share some of the dealer incentives on from vendors. Bidders must submit their PSQ responses before 17:00hrs on 4th September 2026. All responses must be submitted through the https://metaprocurement.mytenders.co.uk/ The scope of this procurement is for IT Reseller suppliers, who have a minimum turnover of £200m per year. The themes, product and services are set out in the Scope and Specification (Page 19) of this document. EEM considers this framework will help: • enable EEM members, whether existing or future, and the wider public sector to call off services provided by IT Resellers in an efficient and compliant way. • provide better value to the buyer by creating a fairer and more efficient supply chain. • improve understanding and knowledge amongst buyers, creating a more vibrant marketplace. • support public sector buyers IT strategies enabling more aligned value propositions.
