The framework will appoint a limited number of strategic reseller partners capable of supplying leading OEM technologies, delivering competitive pricing, lifecycle and warranty management, asset visibility, technical support, and value-added services. The framework aims to improve commercial outcomes, strengthen supply chain resilience and governance, support sustainability objectives, and provide a scalable procurement solution that meets National Grid’s evolving technology requirements. At the end of the procurement event there will be 2 frameworks, one for the UK & one for the US.
