Attain Academy Partnership (hereinafter referred to as 'the Trust) comprises seven primary schools located across Essex, serving approximately 1,600 pupils across its sites. The Trust is undertaking a procurement exercise on behalf of the following academies to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced cleaning contractor: • Cressing Primary School • Newlands Spring Primary & Nursery School • Rayne Primary & Nursery School The current cleaning contract has reached its full term and the purpose of this procurement is to establish a new cleaning services contract for an initial period of three (3) years, commencing on 1 November 2026 and concluding on 31 October 2029, with the option to extend for a further one (1) year plus one (1) additional year at the sole discretion of the Trust. The current annual contract value is approximately £162,473 (inclusive of VAT), based on existing expenditure.
