The requirement includes website discovery, design, build, testing, hosting, service management, analytics, user account functionality, diagnostic and self-assessment tools, personalised learning pathways, course catalogue functionality, provider submission functionality, digital credentialing, accessibility, security, data protection and ongoing platform improvement. The supplier will also be responsible for content curation, course and provider quality assurance, alignment of learning content to agreed AI skills competency frameworks, metadata management, content review processes and ongoing catalogue maintenance.
