Trent & Dove Housing is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide planned servicing, inspection, testing, maintenance, reactive repairs and associated works for door entry and associated electronic security systems across its housing portfolio. The scope includes door entry and access-control systems, CCTV systems associated with communal entrances, intruder alarms, warden call systems, automatic and powered doors, automatic gates and barriers, door closers, assisted-opening systems, hold-open and automatic-release devices, together with associated interfaces and equipment included within the Contract. The Contract will include planned preventative servicing and safety inspections, reactive fault attendance and repair, emergency and make-safe responses, component replacement, system condition and dilapidation surveys, asset validation, certification, electronic reporting and the provision of condition, obsolescence and lifecycle information to support future planned investment.
