Following organisational integration, BFL currently operates a broad range of legacy people systems and associated processes across HR, payroll, recruitment, onboarding, learning, talent, workforce management and employee relations. This document supports early, informal engagement with potential suppliers. It is not a procurement exercise, invitation to tender or commitment to purchase any solution.
