The Framework will provide a comprehensive end-to-end solution covering design, enabling works, construction and completion for a wide range of residential schemes. Its scope includes traditional and 3D modular housing (both low-rise and high-rise), sheltered and supported accommodation, mixed-use developments, care homes, student accommodation, temporary accommodation, key worker housing, MOD accommodation and High-Risk Buildings. It will also incorporate enabling and preparatory services such as infrastructure works, site clearance, decontamination, remediation and demolition, as well as conversions, extensions and adaptations of existing buildings.The Framework aims to appoint high-performing contractors who can demonstrate quality, innovation and value, while supporting market development, diversified supply chains and the reduction of whole-life costs.
