Context and Scope\r The Supplier shall provide delivery of Low Interest Loans (LIL) digital and data capability, added to the SAHP project as a fourth LIL squad.\r \r The LIL workstream covers end-to-end Discovery through to Beta delivery of a digital solution for the LIL grant and loan application and allocation management journey.\r \r The Buyer shall retain oversight and final decision-making authority throughout. All delivery must adhere to GDS service standards, Homes England technical standards, and the programme\r \r \r 2. Low Interest Loans (LIL) Digital & Data Requirements\r \r 2.1 Scope\r \r The LIL workstream will be delivered as a fourth squad within the SAHP project.
