His Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is in the early stages of reviewing its current Facilities Management (FM) and Security provision across its estate. This notice is published for transparency purposes in accordance with the Procurement Act (2023) and does not constitute the commencement of a procurement. HMCTS is responsible for approximately 340 locations throughout England, Wales and certain sites in Scotland. FM and Security arrangements are currently delivered through two national contracts. Current FM provision includes a range of Hard FM and Soft FM services. Hard FM services include, but are not limited to, statutory and mandatory compliance, projects, planned and reactive maintenance, building fabric maintenance, mechanical, electrical & plumbing (MEP). Soft FM services include, but are not limited to, FM support services, grounds maintenance and landscaping including gritting, routine and reactive cleaning services, window cleaning, pest control and general waste and recycling services.
