About this contract

The procurement will establish a single combined, multi-supplier Heating, Electrical, Mechanical and Decarbonisation Framework, not divided into lots, for the provision of works and associated services to domestic and non-domestic properties and buildings, including occupied and void properties. The scope will include, but is not limited to, the provision, supply, installation, replacement, upgrading, servicing, statutory and safety inspection, testing, planned and responsive maintenance and repair of heating, electrical, mechanical, renewable, low-carbon and associated energy systems. Heating works and services will include domestic and commercial/communal systems and equipment using gas, oil, solid fuel, electricity and renewable or low-carbon technologies, including gas and oil boilers, electric storage and panel heaters, electric low-pressure hot water boilers, air source heat pumps, solar-assisted heat pumps, ground source heat pumps, biomass boilers, combined heat and power and micro-CHP systems, heat networks, solar thermal systems, microgeneration installations, wind turbines and other emerging renewable heating and energy technologies.
