The General Dental Council (GDC) invites tenders for the provision of impartial, expert, and robust health and medical assessments, toxicology testing, and expert witness services to support its Fitness to Practise (FtP) regulatory functions. The Supplier will provide medical assessments, psychiatric assessments, toxicology testing (hair and blood), Civil Procedure Rules‐compliant expert reports, and attendance where required at Practice Committee hearings as expert witnesses. Assessments will be required to support decision making throughout the FTP process The service must be delivered UK‐wide, with consistent standards, timely reporting, secure handling of personal/sensitive data, and clinical expertise capable of supporting regulatory decision‐making.
