Transport for London (TfL), acting on behalf of the Greater London Authority (GLA), invites suitably qualified organisations to participate in an Open Procedure under the Procurement Act 2023 Light Touch Regime for the provision of Third Party Resident Support Services in support of the Warm Homes Local Grant (WHLG) Programme. The Warm Homes Local Grant Programme is funded by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) and delivers domestic energy efficiency and low-carbon heating measures to eligible low-income households across London. The Programme forms part of Warmer Homes London and supports the Mayor of London's objectives to reduce fuel poverty, improve housing quality and accelerate London's transition to net zero. The purpose of the Third Party Resident Support Service is to provide tailored, resident-centred support to vulnerable, digitally excluded and harder-to-reach residents throughout their participation in the Programme.
