Below threshold procurement - by invitation only. Due to the urgent on-site need for these works, we are only inviting bids from suppliers who are on-boarded to both the Central Digital Platform and our own finance system, Symphony. This is intended to avoid delaying the delivery of the works, as the on-boarding process can take some time. Only those invited suppliers will be asked to attend a site open day, and only submissions from those invited will be evaluated. All others will be disregarded, not opened or evaluated. This project consists of the replacement of the existing central heating boiler plant and equipment at Army Reserve Centre, St Albans Rd., Barnet EN5 4JX. Barnet Army Reserve Centre is a drill hall and associated amenities currently used by 118 Close Support Company and 240 Transport Squadron in St Albans Rd., Barnet. The building was designed and completed in 1937. The complex was used continuously by reserve and transport units since World War II. The existing boiler installation was undertaken in the early 2000’s.
