Guildford Borough Council and Waverley Borough Council are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Clerk of Works Consultant to provide independent quality assurance, site inspection and construction monitoring services across a diverse portfolio of housing, regeneration and capital projects. The procurement is being undertaken using a two-stage Competitive Flexible Procedure under the Procurement Act 2023, comprising a scored Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ) followed by an Invitation to Tender (ITT) for shortlisted suppliers. The successful Consultant will be appointed to a single-supplier call-off contract for an initial period of four years. Individual commissions will be instructed on a project-by-project basis, with the scope, duration and level of service tailored to the specific requirements of each call-off.
