We are looking to procure a multi-year contract that will provide Magna with singular database displaying property, commercial, demographic, environmental and development information. This Database must be able to be easily displayed in a user friendly mapping tool. Our expectation is that in year one, a complete portfolio review of Magna's properties will be undertaken to build the foundations of the service. We anticipate this initial portfolio review to include the following elements: 1.Property ownership 2.Location (Rural, urban, properties in protected areas) 3.Type (tenure, length of tenure, construction type, including garages) 4.Age (including last stock condition date) 5.Occupancy (including number of bedrooms) This will involve; validation and accuracy of existing databases re
