Procure Plus are a value focused, not for profit company that specialises in the procurement of goods and services related to the repair and maintenance of predominantly social housing properties. Procure Plus wishes to procure and enter into a framework for the provision of waste management services. Services include the collection, transportation, treatment, recovery, recycling and disposal of a range of waste streams, together with the provision of containers, equipment, compliance support, reporting and related waste management services. Companies appointed to the framework will be expected to share Procure Plus's commitment to social value and to work with Procure Plus to develop and agree social value commitments that reflect the Customer's priorities and are aligned with the social value objectives of both the Customer and Procure Plus. Procure Plus reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any time and not to proceed with all or part of the Framework. Procure Plus will not, under any circumstances, reimburse any expense incurred by bidders in preparing their tender submissions or in participating in this procurement process.
