About this contract

EMPC wishes to exercise its option to extend the contract for a further period of 24 months, under the same terms and conditions currently in force and in accordance with the provisions of the agreement. During this extension period, EMPC may undertake a new procurement exercise for these services.<br/><br/>Modification to extend the term of the contract in accordance with the extension option expressly provided for in the original contract documentation. The extension is for a period of 24 months, moving the contract end date from 30th November 2026 to 30th November 2028 The services to be provided remain unchanged and the modification does not render the contract materially different in character.
