The successful Supplier will be required to provide cleaning services for Fort Royal Community Primary School. The annual contract value is approximately £130,000 and the initial contract term will be three years, commencing 1 April 2027 and concluding 31 March 2030. The contract will operate on a guaranteed performance basis, offering a fixed annual subsidy. There will be an option to extend for a further term of one plus one years by mutual agreement. The school is located in Central Worcester and is a Maintained Primary special needs school with 208 pupils on roll and approximately 170 staff employed. They are a dedicated and enthusiastic team who are committed to providing the best possible education and care for the pupils and developing independence and social awareness to prepare them for productive and successful lives. There are 25 classes and fantastic facilities, including a hydrotherapy pool, specialist sensory areas and extensive outdoor learning environments both within the school grounds and attached to individual classes.
