Southend-on-Sea City Council (SCC) is seeking to award a contract to three (3) Suppliers to provide SCC with a reliable, compliant, and high-quality fleet maintenance provision, that ensures the Council's vehicles remain safe, roadworthy, operationally available, and fully compliant with legal and manufacturer requirements when operating. This Service will cover the delivery of scheduled maintenance, reactive repairs, tyre services, and associated support activities as defined across the individual Lots, with the Suppliers required to meet the standards, responsibilities, and operational requirements set out in this specification.
