Liverpool Experience Campus (LEX) is looking for suitably qualified suppliers of event first aid and paramedic services for events that are held on Campus across the M&S Bank Arena, the Auditorium, Conference Centre and Exhibition Centre Liverpool. The aim for this service is to ensure that there is an appropriate level of medical, first aid and ambulance provision at an event to keep attendees safe and minimise the impact on local NHS services. The supplier will be required to: • Undertake a medical, ambulance and first aid assessment • Produce a medical staffing plan prior to each event to ensure that staff are deployed appropriately • Provide medical provision for the full duration of each event, including build up and derig Further information can be found within the tender documentation, which is available via Delta eSourcing Portal. LEX is looking to award an initial 2-year contract with the option to extend for a further 2-year period. Extension will be at the sole discretion of LEX.
