Housing Standards require a competent contractor to deliver maintenance and remedial works, at its Housing sites (34 complex sites, 228 flats with communal areas) across the County. This includes Fire Equipment, Fire Alarms and Emergency Lighting. This is required to meet our statutory duties to ensure the safety of our residents, who are elderly and vulnerable. The will run for a period of 6 months from the 2nd of November 2026.
