About this contract

At the Forest School the fascia's in the lower lock of the school have deteriorated beyond repair. The requirement of the project is to remove all fascia boards and replace them with new fascia board as per the client specification. The contractor will need to allow for a site visit and make a comprehensive review of the scope of works, once appointed and ensure both product selections will be suitable for the school environment and review its technical/construction suitability. The acting principal contractor must make all necessary allowances for project management fees, health and safety management , programme management & HSE notification requirements. Upon receipt and completion of the ITT and PQQ documentation attached, the trust will review all receipts and shortlist a number of contractor who will be awarded to bid for works. The shortlisted contractors will be distributed (via email) a Tender Pack by Wellspring Academy Trust consisting of all relevant information to allow the contractor to provide a competitive bid for the works.
