This tender for the Extra Care services is strategically positioned to significantly contribute to Brent Council's Borough Plan outcomes. This setting, dedicated to serving vulnerable adults over the age of 50 and over, is crucial in enhancing resident health and well-being through providing an alternative to care homes, through a core service and assessed support to keep people as independent as possible.
