The consultancy services required includes the following disciplines: - Employers Agent - Architects - Planning consultants - Ground investigation - Structural Engineer - Civil Engineer - Principal Designer (CDM) - Principal designer (Building regulations) - M&E designer - Low energy consultant - Ecology assessor Any of the above consultants are welcome to respond to this opportunity as lead consultant with a team of professionals able to provide the above services. As such requests to participate should be received from companies able to provide those services with where necessary identified sub-contractors to cover the other disciplines where they cannot be provided in house.
