Pre Market Engagement Notice (Procurement identifier (OCID): ocds-h6vhtk-068750) The Bank intends to establish a multi-year, multi-supplier framework agreement for the provision of engineering services. As part of its ongoing technology transformation, including the expansion of its digital estate, the Bank requires timely and flexible access to specialist external resource across a range of technology, design and delivery disciplines.
