This is a Provider Selection Regime Wales (PSR Wales) contract award notice. The contract was awarded in accordance with the Health Services (Provider Selection Regime) (Wales) Regulations 2025. The contract is for the provision of insourced endoscopy services to support delivery of Bowel Screening Wales activity, increase diagnostic capacity, improve waiting list performance and support achievement of Ministerial Diagnostic Targets and Cancer Pathway standards. Providers available through the SBS10203 Insourcing of Clinical Services Framework were considered in accordance with Regulation 21 of the Health Services (Provider Selection Regime) (Wales) Regulations 2025. The assessment considered the PSR Wales key criteria of Quality, Value, Collaboration and Service Sustainability, Improving Access and Reducing Health Inequalities, and Social Responsibility.
