WCBC invited tenders from suitably experienced, qualified and regulated agencies for the provision of emergency staff support to assist both Adult Social Care and Children and Family Services at short notice. This support may be required to respond to unexpected service pressures, unplanned absences, increased demand, or critical incidents. The framework will enable the Council to rapidly access appropriately skilled and competent staff to meet essential service delivery needs.
