The Emergency Services Mobile Communications Programme (ESMCP) will brief registered suppliers on forthcoming tender activity and timelines as well as desired procurement outcomes and framework arrangements. Suppliers will have the opportunity to ask written questions during the webinar or by 17.00 on 11 May 2026. All questions and answers will be shared on an anonymised basis. Signature of a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be needed before participation in the tender or any preliminary market engagement activity, including this webinar, where one doesn’t already exist.
