The solution must provide a modern, scalable, secure and integrated platform to support BBB’s external digital estate, enabling improved content management, digital governance, accessibility, privacy compliance, content quality, asset management and user experience. The DXP will provide an integrated platform for managing multiple websites, structured content, digital assets, consent preferences, content quality, accessibility monitoring, analytics and optimisation activity. This set of software services will be backed by human support, technical and account management but will not include creative, design or development services.
