Who won contracts like this

• ✓At £66,950, expect quality and social value to carry a large share of the score — price alone rarely wins services work.
• ✓Show recent, comparable delivery: name similar services contracts you've delivered for public bodies, with measurable outcomes.
• ✓This one's been awarded — but Norfolk & Suffolk Constabulary retenders on a cycle. Get matched the day the next one lands and start your draft early.
