Blackpool Council ("Council") is seeking to procure a Development Partner, with the requisite skills and track record to work in partnership with the Council to redevelop a 5.41-hectare site close to Blackpool town centre to deliver a high quality residential-led scheme, including the following key worksteams: • demolish up to 300 densely populated properties and existing structures including the removal of associated infrastructure; • undertake site clearance and preparation work; • develop up to 230 new dwellings (use class C3) with car and cycle parking; • develop local centre uses comprising floorspace for flexible E use classes (including office, retail, leisure including food and beverage and F2 use classes (including halls, meeting places for local community); • deliver new public realm and hard and soft landscaped public open spaces; • and provide associated infrastructure and highway works.
