The site is owned by the Client and benefits from full planning permission. The contract is expected to commence in May 2027, with final handovers by May 2029. The procurement is being conducted through the Dynamic Market for Provision of Contractor Services, Part 1, and only suppliers admitted to the relevant Dynamic Market category at the time invitations to tender are issued will be eligible to participate.
