The Ministry of Defence (MOD), through the Defence AI Accelerator Task Force (TF RAID), intends to procure a secure, scalable capability to support operational planning across Defence. TF RAID exists to accelerate the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) and data-enabled capabilities in support of Defence outcomes, working with users, technical specialists and industry to identify, test and transition operationally relevant solutions. This requirement is expected to support operational planners by improving access to authorised planning information, enabling reusable machine-readable planning knowledge, orchestrating analytical services, and supporting the modelling, testing and comparison of alternative Courses of Action (COAs). The procurement will be structured as a single competition with 2 Lots: - Lot 1 will focus on planning data, knowledge and analytical orchestration services; and - Lot 2 will focus on COA testing, evaluation and adaptation services.
