The Provide CIC Tier II contract provides Tier II services to the mid Essex population. These services are managed via a block contract arrangement and sit outside of the Community Collaborative arrangement. The 2027/28 contract service lines include Adult ENT, Non MSK Physiotherapy, and ‘Other’ (relating to posts ‘People Services’ that are hosted through Provide CIC. There is currently no alternative community provision for these services (with the exception of ‘Other service line’ ). The only alternative would be MSEFT. The service is built on strong a strong relationship with the Provider, due to the number of years the ICB has held a contract with them. There are no quality or commissioning concerns with the services being provided. The contract is indicative and based on the 26/27 activity and for the purposes of clarity the value will be subject to the national inflator/deflator calculations.
