Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council (the Contracting Authority) is awarding a Framework Agreement for the Disposal of Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC) Waste Streams as was detailed in the tender documents. The Framework is divided into eight (8) Lots, and one (1) Prime Contractor and one (1) Contingent Contractor is being awarded per Lot. Each Lot includes a specific material requiring recycling treatment. Materials will be delivered by the Contracting Authority to the Contractors facility for treatment by the Contractor. Tenderers were permitted to bid for one or more Lots.
