This will provide a bypass of the town centre, approximately 1.3km in length and 6.5m in nominal width, including a 2.0m wide footway to the west side. Summary of works: - Partial realignment of a 60m section of Meadow Lane to facilitate connection to the new relief road and a change of priority at its junction with Duke Street. - A new roundabout junction connecting the relief road to Station Road and Millenium Way. - Construction of 5 new junctions providing access to existing minor roads and adjacent properties. - Highways drainage provision including 2 surf
