This will be across all 3 sites : Royal Lancaster Infirmary, Furness General Hospital and Westmorland General Hospital. <br/><br/>The service will support RIBA Plan of Work Stages 1-4, including advise on the cost of the project, advise on alternative designs, prepare/maintain/develop cost plans and cash flow forecast, attend client meetings and prepare a detailed schedule of works. Delivered via a direct award under the NHS SBS Healthcare Planning, Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services Framework (SBS10190) - Lot 4 Quantity Surveyor.
