This UK5 transparency notice informs the market of the Authority’s intention to award a contract directly to Langley Trust for the provision of the Complex Move on service. The Complex Move On service provides specialist risk management services, rehabilitation and resettlement support for people on probation with complex needs who are accommodated within pre-existing specialist accommodation settings. The service supports His Majesty Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) in managing individuals who require enhanced levels of care and risk management, by providing access to supported housing and other relevant support to individuals with complex needs with the aim of reducing the risk of reoffending. The funding from the Authority enables HMPPS to make referrals into these services by covering the additional costs associated with managing increased forensic risk and delivering appropriate criminogenic interventions. Funding for the accommodation and other support services will be obtained and managed by the supplier separately.
