The purpose of the session is to outline our commissioning intentions for the upcoming Community Wellbeing Partnership Service. BCP Council is seeking provider views on the development of a new Community Wellbeing Partnership Service that will strengthen collaboration between statutory services and the voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector, improve access to community-based support, and help residents to remain healthy, independent and connected to their communities. The service will support the Council's wider prevention ambitions by providing a simple route for professionals to access information, advice and community solutions that help people maintain their wellbeing and independence, including when returning home following a hospital stay.
