All works must comply with current Building Regulations, relevant British Standards, fire safety requirements, accessibility requirements, and Secured by Design standards. The appointed contractor will be responsible for carrying out property surveys, consulting with residents where required, manufacturing and installing compliant door sets, and ensuring minimal disruption to residents during delivery of the works.
