How to win: Communal Cleaning and Window Cleaning Services at Aster Group

About this contract

Aster Group is undertaking a pre-market engagement exercise relation to a proposed procurement for communal cleaning and window cleaning services across its schemes in the South West and South East of England including London. The portfolio includes general needs housing, sheltered and supported schemes and care settings. The purpose is to gather information from the market and improve its understanding of available solutions, delivery models, innovation, risks, and indicative costs ahead of a potential procurement process. Feedback gathered from residents through recent surveys will also shape the specification.

How to win contracts like this

• ✓Answer against the marking scheme, not the question text — ASTER GROUP LIMITED scores each response, so map your evidence to the published criteria and weightings.

• ✓Show recent, comparable delivery: name similar services contracts you've delivered for public bodies, with measurable outcomes.
• ✓Start early: deadlines are tight and a strong bid takes iteration.
