Who won: Co Pilot Agentic Stack Design and Development.

About this contract

This contract has been competed and awarded under the Public Sector Resourcing (PSR) Framework. Contract is for a single supplier to deliver secure specialist external support to support the discovery, design, development and governance of AI agents across the Microsoft agentic technology stack, including Microsoft 365 Copilot Agents, Copilot studio, Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform and Dynamics 365. The Department has invested significantly in these platforms but requires additional specialist capability to translate business needs and complex processes into secure, scalable and measurable agent-based solutions.

• ✓Answer against the marking scheme, not the question text — Home Office scores each response, so map your evidence to the published criteria and weightings.
• ✓At £3,000,000, expect quality and social value to carry a large share of the score — price alone rarely wins services work.
• ✓Show recent, comparable delivery: name similar services contracts you've delivered for public bodies, with measurable outcomes.
• ✓This one's been awarded — but Home Office retenders on a cycle. Get matched the day the next one lands and start your draft early.
